Moved into my house two years ago and didn’t know much about my heating/cooling unit and was dealing with some issues that I couldn’t fix myself, lucky for me I called Arctic and dealt with Chris to service my unit, turned out it was a faulty breaker in the heat pump unit. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable with everything I needed help with. You look for a company that can leave you feeling comfortable with the service done in your house and not break the bank at the same time, and I was completely satisfied by the time it was all said and done. Very affordable compared to other places in this area and they won’t make you spend money if you don’t absolutely have to. I’ll be going to Arctic for any future services and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Chris!
