He recently came out on Sunday July 5th. a Holiday weekend at 930am to fix a sudden broken ac unit that turned out to be a easy fix and get it back up and running efficiently. Moved into my house two years ago and didn’t know much about my heating/cooling unit and was dealing with some issues that I couldn’t fix myself, lucky for me I called Arctic and dealt with Chris to service my unit, turned out it was a faulty breaker in the heat pump unit. You look for a company that can leave you feeling comfortable with the service done in your house and not break the bank at the same time, and I was completely satisfied by the time it was all said and done.
