I have used Chris a few times now on our new home in New Egypt. He has always done the right thing never over charged or Upsell anything you don’t need. He recently came out on Sunday July 5th. a Holiday weekend at 930am to fix a sudden broken ac unit that turned out to be a easy fix and get it back up and running efficiently. Moved into my house two years ago and didn’t know much about my heating/cooling unit and was dealing with some issues that I couldn’t fix myself, lucky for me I called Arctic and dealt with Chris to service my unit, turned out it was a faulty breaker in the heat pump unit.
