Moved into my house two years ago and didn’t know much about my heating/cooling unit and was dealing with some issues that I couldn’t fix myself, lucky for me I called Arctic and dealt with Chris to service my unit, turned out it was a faulty breaker in the heat pump unit. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable with everything I needed help with. You look for a company that can leave you feeling comfortable with the service done in your house and not break the bank at the same time, and I was completely satisfied by the time it was all said and done. Very affordable compared to other places in this area and they won’t make you spend money if you don’t absolutely have to. I’ll be going to Arctic for any future services and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Chris!

I have used Chris a few times now on our new home in New Egypt. He has always done the right thing never over charged or Upsell anything you don’t need. He recently came out on Sunday July 5th. a Holiday weekend at 930am to fix a sudden broken ac unit that turned out to be a easy fix and get it back up and running efficiently. Thank you Chris for being a top notch professional!

We have been working with Chris from Arctic for a number of years now. I very rarely write reviews (good or bad) but Chris really deserves more recognition than just word of mouth. It is hard to find folks you can trust and rely on these days. When Chris says he will do something, he does and won't stop until the system is working to his satisfaction. He is a man of his word. Thanks again for your help.

I had my entire heating and a/c unit replaced and it was a delight to work with the team at Arctic. The crew was friendly, courteous, efficient, professional and competent. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!
